Even with the news of recent hacks, mutli-factor authentication (MFA) is not broken.

Don't let the recent FBI alerts dissuade you from using MFA. It's still a very powerful form of protection.

More options to MFA than using SMS.

The weakest form of MFA, which is still pretty good, is a verifying SMS to the phone. But there are other options such as tokens, app-based, and push notifications that can all be used as a second factor.

Overwhelming majority of attacks are coming via email.

That's a very personal entry point and because of that the attacks are getting more and more personal. Hackers simply know more about you and all your personal and professional relations.

Machine learning (ML) is not a cure all.

Your product doesn't instantly become better because it utilizes machine learning. As a vendor, you need to be able to explain what it's learning so I can build a level of trust with the technology.
